The Winery

Between mountain and sea.

Controguerra enjoys a rare natural balance. Behind us stands the Gran Sasso — cool mountain air and dramatic temperature shifts. In front of us lies the Adriatic — constant breezes and remarkable freshness. The wines are born from this dialogue.

Biodynamics

Bossanova chose biodynamic farming from the very beginning. Not because it was fashionable. Not because of mysticism. Because after tasting biodynamic products, I found they were simply more vibrant, expressive and alive.

We farm through observation rather than intervention. Balance rather than shortcuts. After years of biodynamic farming our soils have transformed completely — alive, open, healthy. The vineyards respond with greater depth, precision and vitality.

You don't taste biodynamics. You taste healthier vineyards.

Method

Not just a pianist, but a conductor.

Biodynamic farming, spontaneous fermentations and minimal intervention to give space to the nuances of every vineyard, every wine, every vintage.
