Il Bossa represents the deepest expression of Bossanova. Born only in vintages when the vineyard reaches its maximum balance. A complex, elegant wine destined to evolve over the years without losing energy and tension.

Vinification
Hand-harvested in the first week of October. Long maceration on the skins for about 30 days, then at least 2 years of aging in concrete.
At least 24 months of aging in concrete.
At the table
Slow-braised lamb, aged pecorino, grilled porcini. Best decanted for an hour, served at 17 °C.

Late-night vinyl. Rhodes piano and a slow drummer keeping time.
